Launching in the UK on 17 September 2011, it is still the only rear-wheeldrive car in its class. The new BMW 1 Series is an even more sporty but fuel-efficient car, further boosted by BMW's EfficientDynamics technologies as standard.

The new BMW 1 Series is available in a variety of different trim levels, each providing a different level of standard specification. ES, SE, Sport and Urban models are all included.
